About us...

The Lake Conroe South office serves the Lake Conroe and Southern Communities.  This area has experienced incredible growth and transformation over the last quarter-century. Some of the finest residential developments in the country have sprung up around the picturesque shores and marinas surrounding the lake.   Brenda Schafer manages our Lake Conroe offices.

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

About Abigail Calderon

Born in Mexico City, Abigail Calderon spent the first eight years of her life in Mexico before moving to New Waverly, Texas. Having spent most of her life in the Houston area, she is proud to call Texas home and has developed a deep appreciation for the region’s diverse culture, strong communities, and welcoming spirit.

As a dedicated and driven real estate professional, Abigail is committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals through clear communication, integrity, and personalized service. Whether assisting buyers, sellers, or investors, she works diligently to ensure every client feels supported and confident throughout the process.

Before beginning her real estate career, Abigail served as a corrections officer, where she developed strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. She also spent several years as a stay-at-home mom, strengthening her organizational abilities, adaptability, and commitment to serving others. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is proud to assist a diverse range of clients throughout the Houston area.

Outside of real estate, Abigail enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, swimming, boating, and participating in family hunting trips. She is actively involved in her children’s school and local community and is passionate about building lasting relationships while helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership.
